Dear Visitors,

Effective immediately to protect our staff from exposure to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) we are implementing the following protocols:

No visitors without prior appointments; please try and conduct business by phone or email. Our main number is (229) 435-3315 to contact all members of our staff.

If an onsite meeting is required by MERTS, then:

• The appointment will be conducted outside, in our parking lot, while observing a six-foot personal space between you and our staff member.
• No physical contact, i.e., handshaking or another similar greeting, please.
• No one in an at-risk age group or with an at-risk health condition will meet at our facility under any
